The DC Mayor’s Office of Racial Equity (ORE) is updating the District’s Racial Equity Action Plan (REAP) for Fiscal Year 2027 through Fiscal Year 2029. This survey asks DC residents to share their experiences, priorities, and ideas to help improve outcomes for all District residents.
